Arrived 15 mins prior to appt! Small waiting area with no mags/papers or TV. Only BHF info booklets.
I thought one nurse was very rude to a lady who made a statement that she had been waiting a while!
there was a nice lady at reception.All seats were soon filled up-- no one supplied more chairs. All the while a second waiting area was almost empty with plenty comfy chairs/mags and huge TV on!
Eventually seen 55'mins late with no apology or explanation given.
Unknown Dr who did basic check on Mum for her follow up following cardiac surgery and sent her away with 1 year follow up appt.
Very disappointed indeed. If clinic running late at least let people know and provide some distraction for them.
Didn't help when staff were all eating their lunch in nearby office as we left- starving
"Poor time keeping and poor facilities at OP appt"
