I self referred myself to west Ealing branch for my anxiety & my claustrophobia. Zsofia, my therapist was great

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Ealing IAPT service and particularly of the support you received from your therapist. I think that it is inspiring to hear how you were able to self refer to the service and overcome your anxiety and claustrophobia. It is also encouraging to hear how you felt about Zsofia your therapist.
