A and E for children is excellent - they saw my son within a few minutes and the staff were really good at reassuring him and seeing him in the separate children's area.
The children's ward was busy but nurses always had time to talk to children who didn't have parents with them. They looked after me and my daughter as well and were good at making sure children had eaten, had water, and were comfortable as well as carrying out all the medical stuff. Everyone was friendly and genuinely caring.
The surgeons and anaesthetists were great - made time to explain to my son what was happening and didn't dismiss his fears or get impatient.
We were impressed all round and very grateful!
