About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Ophthalmology

Today 4/10/16 I had too take my son for an eye clinic appointment after an already bad day I got too the car park and the machine wouldn't except my notes or my card, I went back into the hospital too ask where I could get change and a kind member of staff gave me the money from their own purse, I can't express how great full I was, they made a really horrible day not as bad a true heart of gold

Dear Becki, thank you very much indeed for taking the time to write to give praise to the member of staff who helped you when you visited Musgrove Park Hospital yesterday. I would like to pass on your comment and wonder if you know the name of the member of staff involved please? I am also very sorry to read that you had a bad day and then had problems with the car park pay machine - I will inform the car park manager for his attention.
