What I liked

I was welcomed to ward 33 on my date of surgery and was made to feel at ease by all grades of staff.Everyone was extremely busy but remained calm and easy to approach,my care from outpatients to discharge post op i feel was second to non and am extremely gratefull to all concerned

Anything else?

as a registered nurse my self i appreciate the importance of patient involvement and good communication and this has been a very positive experience
