What I liked
The new building, and the fact that the consultant in ENT did eventually diagnose me with a deviated septum, which I have been telling my GP and other consultants at Chichester for years that I have, and referred me for surgery. Once the consultant made the diagnosis it was very speedy, and a decision was made.
What could be improved
Waiting times; I don't get time off work for hospital appointments, and have to make up the time I take off, so I rushed to get to QA for my 9am app, only to have to wait til 9.45 to see the consultant. I left by 10.20 but had I been seen on time I would have been back to work by before 10am.
Anything else?
Even though the new building is nice, on Level D the main sign when I left the lifts did not mention the ENT dept, and I had to go to another dept to ask where it was.
"The new building, and the fact ..."
