"Eleven patients 2.5 hr wait..."

2 elderly patients, one left walk in 'sick of waiting for a dressing change'. One shaking on his chair. Eleven patients avg 2.5 hr wait. Shouldn't the elderly have been first. What's the waiting time with 22 patients 5hrs? Priorities wrong. Not enough staff? Poor management? Poor organisation? Or is this the same for all walk in centres. Nhs for privatisation, no wonder. In my opinion Garston walk in centre is poor. Avoid it if possible
