Visited here for the first time to have injections in spine. Major NHS cock up so no injections. However it was a very bad experience. Had a 1pm appointment.Main reception did not bother to check details of my address or phone numbers.Told to go to a waiting room. Then told by a nurse to move to another. Then told to move back to the first 1 and then told to move back to the 2nd.Just farcical! Nurse told me they had emailed the managers at the morning clinic ends at 1pm and the afternoon clinic starts at 1pm so too many people and consultants for the rooms. Was told 1 of the consultants had "thrown their toys out of the pram"about which room they would use.20 minutes after my appointment time, I got called as far as the consultants door but then the nurse in there with them, who had a streaming cold, had cross words with the nurse who had taken me there, and I had to go back to the waiting room. There was was a cleaning cupboard which had a large sign on it"keep closed at all times"...it was wide open. The doors of the toilets I went to are very dirty and the paintwork needs cleaning round the handles. The whole place is grubby and weary..You have to pay to park when you arrive although you may have no idea how long you will be...minimum charge is a greedy £2.The one nurse who I really need to mention is the junior sister, who went out of their way to help me.I have to go back for the missing injections, and really don't want to go.
"Very bad experience"
