"Felt well cared for by all the staff I was..."

Some weeks ago I was admitted to the hospital as an emergency and put into Wakely ward. All the staff I was involved with treated me with professionalism and kindness. From porters to doctors from nurses to housekeeping staff. Knowing the amount of pressure the hospital is under I cannot fault the way I was cared for. I felt totally confident at all times. I was well fed and meals were always hot where appropriate and well presented - an important factor when people are not feeling too well. Last but not least my thanks to the paramedics who got me to the hospital and brought me home again. Always cheerful - I knew I was in safe hands.
