"Positive experience"

I attended Isabella ward today for day surgery. It was a very positive experience - I was admitted at 07.00hrs and left at 12.15 hrs. My named nurse was lovely and a special mention to the recovery staff who were extremely pleasant and the lovely Aneasthetic Consultant . I am used to hospitals and so familiar with the various clinical settings - but if you are not I imagine they would be quite daunting - but the staff did everything to make it as stress less as possible. However the the one negative thing I would comment on is the les than enthusiastic or friendly welcome I received from the night staff ..... they need to be spoken to . Well done everyone else
