"worst A&E, lazy staff"

my friend had an accident last week, they bring him in barnet A&E, after the paramedics endorsed to the A&E nurses, they didnt bothered to check my friend, but i saw them(healthcare assistant & nurses) in nurse station, using their mobile phones and chatting.after 30 minutes the healthcare assistant took my friend's blood pressure, and back to the station, chat with other staff and using their mobile phones, and they didnt come back or give us information what are we going to do. after 30 minutes again, this is 10:30pm. the nurse told us he is going to have ct scan. after he had a CT scan, *11:30* we wait for the result until 2:30, no one ask my friend, if he had head ache. no one check us until the doctor came to us if we had an xray on his arm, which we dont have. so my friend bring again to x-ray department. after that we wait again, and doctor told us the results, and we can go home... but no nurse give us after care or tell my friend took a pain reliever, or if he feel something wrong, go to A&E again. horrible nurses!
