"Cancelled my appointmenty"

Waited two weeks for an appointment, turned up on the morning of said appointment to be told that the Doctor couldn't be bothered coming into work today and my appointment has been cancelled. Reception staff absolutely useless, couldn't offer me another appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Ended up having to go to A&E in order to get anywhere, clogging up their resources and wasting my time. Useless.
