A haemorrhoidectomy is not a pleasant experience but my entire procedure at Warwick was handled by all staff very professionally and at all times I was treated with dignity, respect, understanding, humanity and warmth. It was not my first experience of Warwick but on every occasion I was treated the same so I have nothing but the highest praise for the hospital and particularly the staff. My wife who is disabled and suffers frequent urine infections has been admitted to Warwick over 20 times in the last 3 years and has always been treated the same with the highest standards of professionalism and humanity and all the staff on what must now be every ward of the hospital have always gone that extra mile to accommodate her disabilities. We both consider ourselves extremely fortunate and privileged to have Warwick hospital available for our needs.
