Waterford house is a joke - they don't seem to care they don't communicate they don't seem to know how to handle someone in a crisis they don't offer any support when in a crisis apart from you can call them hahaha what when you never get your phone call returned how is that meant to help cancelled appointments staff seem to be always off sick or on holiday seriously what has to happen for them to actually do there jobs properly! I am seriously giving up hope they promise all these things and nothing ever seems to happen they are all talk! I have never been under a mental health team like it! You wouldn't leave someone with a broken leg walking around for weeks on end no you wouldn't but it's okay to leave someone with mental health problems seriously struggling with nothing! Just because you can't see it dosnt make it right!

Sort it out! Other mental health teams can work well and support people and help people so why can't Waterford house I have met quite a few people under there care who think exactly the same it's discusting! Should be ashamed!
