"Time wasters"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Urology

Was asked to go to pinderfields from pontefract within a matter of hours as i seemed to have a server condition, went and was told to wait 2 hours for a blood test then told to go back the next day. Returned and was waiting 1.5 hrs for a 6 min chat with a doctor who told me that i was only going to be monitored over the coming months as they were not sure how important the condition was and because i could take paracetamol that i would not need anything at the moment, complete waste of time and lacked any kind of information as to what is actually wrong with me, now i am waiting to see if there is a doctor who can tell me weather i need serious medical treatment or if i can just get on with things as normal. Would not like to spend another appointment wondering if the doctors have actually looked at my notes ir if i am just taking up their time

I am sorry to read of your experience and it is clear from your posting, how frustrated you have been left feeling.

This is definitely not something we would want anyone to experience when using our services.
