"Absolute Joke"

This hospital is an absolute joke and you should consider choosing a different hospital for your treatment. This is my second outpatient visit and both appointments were delayed up to 1-2 hours. The first appointment was due to reception accidently 'missing me off the list' and although I repeatedly asked if everything was ok with my appointment I had to wait for a manager to explain what had happened 1.5 hoursafter my appointment. my second appointment was also delays up to two hours.
