About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

Unfortunately I have had four separate stays at this Hospital. Each stay has been pretty much faultless. Great care, Fantastic Nurses, very clean. I was treated with care and compassion by all staff. The only fly in the ointment was a very rude and arrogant consultant but hey ho, there's always one right ! Big thanks to all at this Hospital, you do a fantastic job.

I am so sorry to hear about the arrogance of the consultant - this sort of attitude does not 'fit' with the Trust's 'We Care' ethos and it is such a shame that his/her rudeness should have marred what has otherwise been such a positive experience for you.

Thank you very much for your kind comments about the nursing staff and the cleanliness of the hospital (which is down to the hard-working Serco staff).
