"Horrible"

We went to A&E with massive abscess, pain was this big that my husband even can't walk or sit down and nurs just check his blad pressure!! No paint killers nothing. He lie down on the floors more then 2 hours and no help!! When I ask in reception when doctor give us pleasure and see us. They were so rude, probable because I take their attention. We must to go home without any help. Go to private hospital there make as emergency surgery because abscess was on the Bon and can blow up any minute. So I have question. For what we paining tax?? And for what this "doctors" with two left hand getting paid??
