"Excellent and friendly care"

I attended Tameside Hospital for a dermatology procedure. The staff who I dealt with, from receptionist to the specialist nurse, were superb. They were very friendly and reassuring, they explained everything to me and made me feel totally comfortable.
The care I received from Katie (Specialist Dermatology Nurse) and her team in the outpatient clinic was excellent - I couldn't fault it. Thank-you for all your kindness.
