"short staffed not a good option- unprofessional"

The doctor that i had didn't war his uniform. he was dressed in street clothes. I am travelling to Maldives in 2 weeks and a half and wanted to get my vaccinations up to date before that. Apparently there is no nurse available to do these vaccinations before i am departing. How can this be possible? Why don't doctors step up and do these vaccinations instead? I have been travelling and living in many European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Spain, Romania and never had I had this type of problems of no availability of staff and then recommending a private clinic to get the vaccinations which should be free as it is of National Health urgency of people travelling abroad not to bring in the country of origin diseases. This is an NHS disgrace as UK claims to have the best healthcare system in Europe ( as of last year's reviews when I did my MA thesis and interviewed one of your experts) but yet is giving such a bad service and giving a private clinic alternative is not the way to go. You should rather refer to another partner NHS clinic or the Hospital as it happens in most European countries. This is ac disgrace that people have to wait for more than 2 weeks to get their vaccinations. If it wasn't for my job and personal commitments I would leave this country just because of the lack of responsiveness in terms of the public services provided for which I pay a ridiculous amount of money to have these types of responses.
