I left a review about my mom ' One day you'll get old'

And I as given a number and an extension number to arrange a meeting to discuss what an awful experience my mother had had on ward B2. I have tried every single day even up to 4 times a day. And I really do want to get our point across because this has really hurt and mentally upset her and she will never get over this eye opening experience. Me and my daughter who has also left several reviews but got know where and now we finally got somewhere and want to make a change and show all of this to you but if nobody answers the phone what can I do ! The NHS want to arrange a meeting with me and then they don't answer the phone ! Please give me a number that will work to discuss the matter further.

Thank you for posting your feedback. We are very sorry that we provided you with an incorrect extension number and for the inconvenience this has caused you. The correct extension number is 2268. Alternatively, you can call the main switchboard on (01384) 456111 and ask the operator to put you through to the lead nurse or matron in charge of ward B2.
