The A&E team carry out efficient triage with access to adjacent diagnostic facilities. Their patient care and gentle support are outstanding. They are reassuring and thorough in their approach.

The acute medical wards and teams are equally professional and work closely together to achieve the best outcomes. I was impressed by the comprehensive tests to ensure nothing was missed and the continuity of care delivered patients. I felt that I was cared for and that everything was explained so that I understood the diagnosis and treatment. My visitors were equally impressed, commenting to me unprompted that this is the NHS at its best.
