What I liked
I went to A and E and got seen within 10 minutes of waiting as it was a mental health emergency, the staff were extremely sensitive and caring in a proffessional way, I got admitted to aau weller wing that night and I felt very welcome because as soon as i arrived i got offered a cup of tea!! Staff in aau were helpful at times. Some of the staff in AAU were extremely helpful and sensitive towards my situation and let my family in early to see me as they had travelled from Kent to come and see me.
What could be improved
Some of the the staff in AAU could have been more sensitive and caring considering my mental health wasn't in a good way and some of the staff seemed to not really care...
Anything else?
