"Awful hospital for day surgery"

Had day surgery here surgeon did not do as said would have been done was discharged after General anaesthetic alone an hour before my husband could get there was sent home with no pain relief was told a doctor would phone next day to see how I was this never happened wasn't told anything about aftercare and now left site oh and was left for 15 mins pressing buzzer before someone came to take me to the toilet absolute disgrace
