"A class act - all round"

About: Friarage Hospital Site / Trauma and orthopaedics

I had a total knee replacement carried out in 21st September. The care was faultless, from the initial consultation to hospital discharge; from the surgeons to the cleaners. Everybody involved worked together as a well practiced team, maintaining their calm professionalism and sense of humour throughout my stay. However busy they were, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The hospital may not be a gleaming glass and stainless steel showcase, but it's functional, it has modern equipment and provides bucket loads of that most important element ..... which is caring. Thank you Friarage. We are very lucky to have you.
