"Appointment has been changed for 5 months !"

About: Basildon University Hospital

I was supposed to have a appointment with oral surgery back in july. They kept writing to me every month to say there is now not a appointment avaliable. So they re scheduled my appointment for august. Then that was cancelled so it was september yet again it was cancelled then it was october. Then revieved a letter yesterday to tell me its now november ! this is a absolute joke and poor hospital. They have no consideration for other people. I understand they are busy but this is ridiculous in the space of nearly 2 years they have managed to keep 2 of my appointments. When i did go to a appointment back in april i was due to speak to the surgeon to discuss my options which is why the appointment was booked in the first place. When i got there it turns out appointment had been booked incorrectly and i was due to see the assessor who i had already seen so got nowhere with my appointment ! Disgusted with this poor service of a hospital. I understand that basildon hospital is extreamly busy but cancelling my appointment 5 times in a row is horrendous. Im constantly booking days off my work to be able to be available for the appointment only to find out yet again... surprise surprise its been cancelled.
