I found the CT Scan unit clean and tidy in the Waiting Room and toilets. Within minutes my details were taken and from this first point of contact and throughout the process everyone explained what would be happening and why. Every opportunity was given for me to ask questions which was very comforting and reassuring as I had not had a C.T Cardiac Scan before.
