What I liked

the way i was treated was very good and as on time as one can be.

What could be improved

I have on occasion had to change my appointment apart from the phone there is no way of finding out quickly if it can be changed i tried several times to contact them by phone with only an answer phone to listern to not once have i had a reply. it may be better if that mybe it could be done by email but there is not one listed for st margrets.
