What I liked

Seen the nurse quickly on Hemel Hempstead UCC.

Staff in the Children's A/E are nice and helpful.

Staff in the SCBU are very good as well.

SCBU is very clean.

What could be improved

Doctors should start to use ID/name badges and it should be visible.

Cleaning standards in HHGH and WGH are poor.The floor in the waiting area in the Children's A/E need cleaning,

Visitors toilets in WGH needs cleaning.

Staff were so Lazy. Always sitting in the Staff station and never see them coming near mother and baby.

Pt's call bell were far way from the pt. There was no oxygen tube or mask fitting to the wall connector. Suction tube were not fitted correctly ( for emergency)

Did not had child or adult Non Breathing Oxygen masks. Bed side lamb is not working as it should be. Patient table were not working either, They are still using old type beds, Its very hard for the pt to sit in the bed, It would be much better if they had electric beds, then pt can adjust the position them self.
