"Consultant"

After being diagnosed with a gallbladder problem, I chose to come here as I had heard good reviews, I am sorry to say I found the consultant rude, abrupt and condescending, I could not get them to understand what I was trying to say being a nervous person probably did not help, but neither is being talked over when you are trying to answer a question, or told to "look it up online" or " I don't know as your GP"

I left the office in tears after being made to feel even though I have a problem because I did not fit into certain areas pain wise that I had wasted their time, Although I am very relieved I do not at this time have to undergo surgery, I am very upset by the whole ordeal. Would I consider coming back for treatment? the answer to that is no.
