My husband has been waiting over 2 months for appointments and we constantly have to chase, leave messages on answer phones and wait for call backs which rarely transpire.
Because the Consultant doesn't work for the hospital there is no-one at Goring Hall who knows what's going on.
The consultants secretary is only part-time, and is hardly ever with the Consultant or in touch with them to know what's going on, just a messenger with no clue!
My husband is in extreme pain and discomfort and is danger of loosing his job, and the stress is affecting his overall general and mental health, what's the point of going private, we have receive much better care with the NHS.
No-one takes responsibility for getting anything resolved and we are still nowhere near getting a date for the surgery need to end my husbands misery. Absolutely disgusted by the whole situation
