"Dreadfull"

About: Chippenham Community Hospital

I went with a very painful toothache, when called by the dental nurse they held the door open for me and looked at the floor as I passed. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. When in the surgery the nurse went and sat on a stool and stared at the wall, leaving me standing. I seated myself in the chair, still nothing said. The dentist eventually asked me the problem and looked in my mouth, tapped a few teeth next to the problem area and then said a few things which i didn't really hear as the dentist was behind me and seemed to be talking more to themself than me. When i asked about the pain i was prescribed antibiotics and asked to leave. The most unpleasant visit to a dentist I have ever had!
