"MRI and Consultant Appointment"

I would just like to comment on the high standard of care that I received from my Orthopaedic Consultant who completely involved me in my options for treatment. They explained all the pro's and con's and had great "bedside manners". The other positive experience I have had at this hospital was the MRI dept. I had a very bad experience from a previous MRI at a another hospital and the MRI Manager at this hospital was brilliant at calming me down even when I asked for the scan to be stopped. They gave assurances and we both together decided how and what pace I needed to complete the scan. What would have taken 30mins took over an hour but this did not stop the manager in performing their duty for best patient care. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital as it has the patient in the centre.
