"wonderful hospital"

About: Hospital Of St Cross / Trauma and orthopaedics

I have been a patient on Cedar Ward since April 9th until today September 16th,

I have nothing but adoration for all the nurses care assistants physio and hostesses who work on the ward, they are nothing short of amazing,

The ward sister goes above and beyond their duties and are inspirational, I will never ever forget you and what you done for Yvonne and me.

The nurses all are true angels. Accolades also cannot describe their dedication to their work and patients.

Thanks to another nurse for our little chats if only you knew what they meant to me. A special mention to my doctor you have been a constant in my stay at Rugby St Cross you deserve a special pat on the back.

Well guys I will be back to see you all to thank you personally. You all are wonderful and a credit to the NHS. And a big thanks to the cleaners for keeping me and my corner in check and clean.

If anyone is going to St Cross Hospital for any kind of treatment rest assured you will be well looked after and your faith in the NHS will be restored long live Rugby St Cross Hospital there should be many more st crosses with Rugby being used as the blueprint thank you all so much.

Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experiences of Cedar Ward at the Hospital of St Cross in Rugby after your recent stay.

I do hope you are continuing to recover well.

It was so nice to read your comments about all our staff providing such good care to you, including the healthcare assistants, hostesses, cleaners, nurses, physiotherapists and doctors.

I have passed your comments on to the Hospital Manager and the Modern Matron so they can share your thanks with the team involved.

The Trust is grateful for all feedback, positive or negative, as it means we can better understand what is important to our patients, and your kind comments will be shared with the relevant staff.

Thank you for leaving your comments on NHS Choices.
