What could be improved

Nursing care was terrible. From the moment I arrived for an orthpaedic operation (day case) to the time I went home was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Communication seemed non existance between theatre staff and ward staff. I would not go there again if I could help it.

Anything else?

Complaints need to be taken seriously and dealt with. As it is, people have very little choice than to put up with poor treatment. I am only speaking about othopaedics. I cannot comment on other departments.
