"Kidney stones then infection and pain medication"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Urology (Ward 28)

(as the patient),

I was passed your details by someone who told me you might be able to deal with my complaint.

Last friday I was rushed into hospital by ambulance sevices, and was passing kidney stones. I was let go next morning and told was ok to go on my holiday.

I went on holiday and 4 days later was rushed into a Bulgarian hospital which was not a nice experience. On my return I had more excrutiating pain on the plane home and was rushed back into hospital straight from the airport, this time the nurses I met on level 5 ward 24 were horrible.

The doctor had prescribed me morphine which I got once then the nurses started to give me paracetemol which was not helping in the least I was in so much pain I tried to plea with them for something stronger. The doctor came back round and assured me he would tell the nurses to get me on tramadol.

2 nurses came back round after this and tried to give me paracetamol once again until I had to beg them for the tramadol. After this they told me I was playing with pain killers and I was lying about my pain.

I've since walked out and came home as I was totally humiliated in front of everyone. Now my family is looking after me at home.

What day and age is this when at home is better than a hospital? I want to take this further as I'm still in a lot of pain and don't know what to do. The only helpful nurse I met was one called Diane. Two others were extremely cheeky and had some sort of agenda towards me.
