My late wife was admitted to Manby ward from Lincoln County Hospital in late June this year, with the intention of preparing her for discharge home.
She (and myself) received first class care from ALL the ward staff, (with the exception of one member of the Occupational Therapy team). My wife was grateful for all their care, as was I and we both appreciated the help we received from Sister Di Smith.
Unfortunately her condition deteriorated, necessitating her return back to Lincoln Hospital, resulting in her demise. Given the limitations of the facilities available on-site, the level of care provided was first class.
