All Staff members I came into contact with were extremely polite and knowledgeable about their jobs. Nothing was to much trouble, always very helpful. As for the biopsy, the consultant and their assistant were wonderful explaining in plain English what was going to happen and the resulting issues. First Class work in all departments.
