attended the breast screening clinic for a follow up appointment from the GP, the staff were wonderful and tried really hard to reassure me through out my visit. I had to have a biopsy, which I didn't expect, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful and explained the procedure very well to me. The nurse even held my hand all the way through to reassure me, how wonderful! Many thanks.
