"Waited 5 months."

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I went to Gloucester Hospital on May 3rd because I need my tooth removed. They referred me to Cheltenham, I'm in agony, my face swells up & I can't sleep or eat because of the pain. I rang Cheltenham over a month ago, thinking my letter had got lost in the post & was told they had no appointments. I've given up hope of getting an appointment. I don't know why they don't just sent me back to Gloucester if they're that busy.
