"Extremely over stretched"

About: Lister Hospital / Accident and emergency

Making a 1 year old who has been blue lighted to the hospital floppy and unresponsive waiting 3 hours to be seen is completely out of order and the managers who get paid more than the front line staff thinking this is acceptable need to be held acoutable for this gross negligence of a service we work hard for and pay our taxs for

We're really sorry that you feel you and your baby were not looked after properly when you were taken to the children's A&E at the Lister recently.

We would like to put you in touch with the senior clinical team who manage the service so that you can raise your concerns with them directly.

If you're happy to do this - and we hope you are - then just email us st generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net and we'll make sure you are contacted directly.
