(as the patient),

I have an appointment at the end of the month to collect my insoles...this am James rang and said they are ready would you like to collect...when I said...anytime you want he said...ill be there in the hour....apart from the parking nightmare which it always is and not under the staffs control....I was directed to my area and was told...I will tell James you are here and within 2mins he called me...we had a nice chat he fitted my insoles informed me of how to replace when worn out...was smiling all the time...polite, courteous and a perfect gentleman...thank you James...my tootsies also thank you. xxx

Saw Gemma last visit and that also went smoothly apart from the usual complaint I had to park miles away and walk in might consider using the bus next time..but that is no reflection on the service I got
