"Extremely caring staff"

I attended A & E on the evening of the 13th September with what eventually turned out to be a mental health problem. Although I was agitated and not fully understanding what was happening to me, the staff were extremely caring and despite my lack of co-operation, were persistent with the help and care they were trying to give to me. I am now on the road to recovery thanks to the actions of staff on that evening. Despite being a very busy evening, they recognised my vulnerability and went over and above to make sure I was cared for. Please pass on huge thanks to all staff that were on that evening, including security who too did their best for me. Mental health often gets overlooked but staff were quick to recognise and respond appropriately. Huge thanks once again from a very grateful patient.
