"Not happy"

About: Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Saw specialist in April regarding spinal decompression and fusion, was told I'd be having surgery in June, went for a pre op in May to be told that when I got there that it'd been cancelled without been told. I waited 4 weeks and still no other appointment so rang and arranged another for 13th July, had my pre op and was told I'd receive a letter stating when my surgery would be,rang up afew weeks later to be told my surgery was provisionally booked for 27th September and that I would receive a letter 2 weeks before,no letter last week so I rang yet again to be told I'm provisionally booked for beginning of November, but was told this could be cancelled if an emergency comes in and that after November my specialist is on study leave,I feel like I'm no nearer to my surgery as I was in april
