I was admitted to University College Hospital and would like to thank everybody for their compassion and care, and commend everyone on how pleasant they tried to make the experience.
The nurses, the HCA's, the doctors, the volunteers and the pharmacists were all extremently helpful and friendly. Although I think the NHS has it's limitations, and unavoidable delays, every member of staff I came into contact with in A&E and on T9 made every effort to be as efficient as possible.
The level of care I recieved was excellent and I am very grateful for how well I was treated.
