"Excellent service in two departments"

We had two excellent experiences with this outpatient clinic. The first visit was an emergency ultrasound scan, for my husband. The radiologist was absolutely lovely. Funny, warm and totally on top of things. They reassured us within a minute of starting to look at the scan, so we could all relax and felt better, at what was a very distressing time for us. The radiologist was incredibly caring, listened to the problems we were having with another department for something unrelated and gave us another number to call and advice on how to proceed. Outstanding practitioner. The second experience was with a doctor who reviewed my husbands hormone output, due to a tumour near the pituitary gland. They too were excellent. Kind, polite and explained everything very well. Top marks DCH. I like the small friendly atmosphere there. Keep up the good work, and thank you.
