"Not at all happy"

I registered with glenlyn back in 2007 had no complaints for years. Now I don't even get seen at glenlyn I have to travel to giggs hill in Thames ditton. I registered in Molesey as live in Molesey not Thames ditton and think it's disgusting that we should do so. It also takes approx 5 weeks to get a routine appointment which is awful. I have now resorted to just not going as can never get an appointment anyway.
