I cannot fault this hospital department or the staff. Whilst on holiday at Harrogate I had a fall in Grassington and thought it was just a minor injury but the following day my left wrist was swollen and quite painful. I attended A&E and all the staff I met were kind, polite and very efficient. When X-rayed It turned out that the wrist was broken in four places and resulted in a plaster cast. I had cause to revisit later the same day as the pain became very strong. As before same staff, same experience, one reajusted cast and stronger painkillers. Since then injury is comfortable and not causing me to be an intolerable so and so. Don't normally find these places to be enjoyable but the staff almost made it a pleasurable visit! So I would like to praise all who I saw me and thank them wholeheartedly for their kindness and proffessionalism, just wonderful people.... thank you so much.
"Kindness and care for a broken wrist."
