Came in tonight (Sept 16th) with my 2 year old son and was seen to very quickly. Staff were very helpful and efficient, but the thing that impressed me the most was the member of staff (I wish I could remember their name!) who played with my son - chasing him, tickling him, cuddling him and even giving him a teddy bear. This member of staff was absolutely fantastic with him, he loved them so much he cried when we had to leave! I hope they read this, this person is an asset to PAH.
