"Shocking care at this surgery"

This surgery does not provide a service to the community.

I, together with my family, have now left after more than 40 years as I feel it is unsafe to stay.

It is not possible to get appointments easily, only with a nurse practitioner who has been rude and unfriendly and there is no continuity with doctors. I have experienced this poor care now for about 5 or 6 years and just felt unable to continue there , having lost confidence in their ability to provide my family with an acceptable level of health care.

ps what had same sex accommodstion got to do with anything.
